Hey there! I'm Simon Drew, and I'm a musician, podcast host, blogger, coach, photographer, "student of life", and soon-to-be personal trainer. I live on the Sunshine Coast (Australia) with my incredible wife Jennifer, and I am on a mission to help as many people as I can to find joy and fulfillment in life by sharing the principles and values of Stoicism (as well as some good old fashioned self-improvement techniques).

Now more than ever people are realizing that they cannot get to where they want to be on their own. Sometimes the only thing stopping you from achieving ultimate fulfillment is that you don’t have someone who will hold you accountable and guide you on your way.

I believe that the world is in need of simple philosophies that yield extraordinary results. Everything that we need to be completely happy and fulfilled is right here within us, yet few of us have taken advantage of these essential gifts.

Stoicism teaches that one of the first steps towards the good life is clarity. We should know exactly who we are, where we are going, and how we are getting there if we are to make progress in life.

It takes courage to leave the crowd. It takes courage to make the decision that you're going to rise to a new level in your life. The Stoics taught that we should live with courage and vigor, ready to face whatever life throws our way.

We must be mindful in all that we do. Stoics taught that we should live with intention. We should try to find beauty in the small and simple things, and we should never lose sight of where we are, and what we're doing.

It is a rare person who will take full responsibility for all the results that they see in their life. Stoics taught the power of responsibility, and they showed the power that comes when a person decides to take full control of their destiny.

The ultimate goal of life (for the Stoics) was to live in the most virtuous way possible. We must be moral in all of our dealings, and we should try to be the best version of ourselves at all times.

Gratitude is one of the most important and effective human emotions. The Stoics taught that we should always be looking for things to be grateful for. Before we start wanting newer and shinier things, we should learn to love what we have.

Stoicism teaches that we are all a part of a larger community of humanity, and that we should try to live in harmony with all of mankind. We cannot live a good life unless we decide to make friendship and kindness some of our top priorities.

Life should be fun, and it should provide us with ample opportunities to feel joy and happiness. It doesn't matter how long you live, but what matters is how much love, joy, adventure, and kindness you packed into your time.

We should no longer drift through life, but rather we should live a life of purpose and intention. The Stoics taught that a good life is one that has direction; one that involves the striving for a worthy goal.

We should be on a constant search for wisdom and knowledge, wherever we can find it. Wisdom is the starting point of all achievement, and the Stoics taught that without wisdom, the mind is sick.

Stoicism teaches that Nature is the ultimate guide in our lives. We are governed by the universal laws of Nature, and once we have come to terms with these laws we are able to achieve inner-tranquility and outer-effectiveness.

When I work with you I'll be combining all of these elements of Stoicism to help you to achieve your goals, and to welcome greater levels of joy and fulfillment into your life. So are you ready to rise to the good life?

When we work together I'll be helping you to achieve extreme clarity in your goals and values. This is the first step towards any life progress.

Sometimes all you need in order to start seeing serious change is for someone to hold you accountable. When I coach you I'll be that person.

Ideas and strategies are the fuel that will take you to where you want to be in your life. I'll give you Stoic strategies that can transform just about any part of your life.
