My name's Simon Drew. I'm a personal trainer, Stoic mindset coach, podcast host, musician, and a "student of life".
I live in Mooloolaba with my wife, Jennifer, and I spend my time doing three things; climbing mountains, playing music, and helping people to achieve kick-ass results in their life through personal training, Stoic mindset coaching, and my podcast, "The Practical Stoic Podcast".
I believe in the idea that how you do anything is how you do everything. If you're not taking care of your body with a nutritious diet and regular exercise then your mind will suffer. And likewise, if you're not taking care of your mind by constantly feeding it new and empowering information then your body will suffer, which leads me to my next point...

HEALTHY BODY = HEALTHY MIND
If you want a healthy mind then you'll need a healthy body, and vice versa. Any performance athlete will tell you that their mindset directly impacts their performance in the gym. And any good scientist will tell you that an unhealthy body will lead to an unhealthy mind.
CORRECT PRINCIPLES + INTELLIGENT EXECUTION = RESULTS
Success in any area of life is based on two components: correct principles and intelligent execution. So the key is to pick those correct principles that will lead to the results you want, and then to live by those principles no matter what.
GETTING HEALTHY IS SIMPLE. EXECUTION IS HARD.
Right now you could go online and search "how to lose fat", and that would lead to literally millions of websites that could offer you a health plan that would lead to successful fat loss and muscle gain. But if it's so simple then why are so many people still unhealthy? Because execution is hard.
HOW YOU DO ANYTHING IS HOW YOU DO EVERYTHING
When you finally get your body under control with a healthy diet and regular exercise you'll find that every other area of your life will benefit. If you're disciplined in your diet then you're more likely to be disciplined in your exercise. If you're disciplined in your exercise then you're more likely to be disciplined in your relationships and your career. If you can control your health then you can control your life.
